This is a generalization but on the whole, at every step our PRACTICE of Islam has shifted from the full depth of its spiritually, to the shallow notions of a modern world. A world that is rooted in making you feel behind and like you don’t have enough. No wonder more and more are becoming anxious, stressed, depressed, and otherwise unhealthy.
When we realized this and made the shifts that allowed us to implement and practice Islam in a way that felt like a comforting hug- we knew we had to share.
